Description: For experienced professionals interested in strengthening leadership skills through an exchange of knowledge and understanding of common concerns in the U.S. and Fellows’ home countries. Offers no degree, but valuable opportunities for professional development through selected university courses, attending conferences, networking, and practical work experiences. Fellows pursue their individual program goals and work closely with their Humphrey colleagues in workshops and seminars. The Program encourages Fellows to travel away from their host campus to learn about American culture and network with American peers.
